INSTRUCTIONS

Rename or move the original data folder if any.
It is advised to delete it only after the node started properly from the snapshot.

Download through your browser or copy the link and use wget, then extract to ~/.provenanced/
tar -xvf data_YEAR-MONTH-DAY-HOUR.tar.gz -C ~/.provenanced/

For added security against double-signing, copy your current priv_validator_state.json to the new data folder.

IMPORTANT: the DB backend is goleveldb. Ensure your configuration is compatible.

For automation purposes, it is possible to download the latest snapshot with wget https://tools.highstakes.ch/files/provenance_goleveldb.tar.gz
