INSTRUCTIONS
Rename or move the original data/wasm folders if any.
It is advised to delete them
only after
the node started properly from the snapshot.
Download through your browser or copy the link and use
wget
, then extract to
~/.fetchd/
tar -xvf data_YEAR-MONTH-DAY-HOUR.tar.gz -C ~/.fetchd/
For added security against double-signing, copy your current
priv_validator_state.json
to the new data folder.
IMPORTANT: the included
wasm
folder MUST remain in $HOME/.fetchd/
For automation purposes, it is possible to download the latest snapshot with
wget https://tools.highstakes.ch/files/fetchai.tar.gz
